IPTP advised Konverso, a French provider of no-code Agentic AI solutions, in its sale to EasyVista, a leading IT Service Management software provider backed by Eurazeo and Cathay Capital.

Konverso is a leading no-code Agentic AI platform enabling enterprises to deploy conversational AI agents across IT support, customer service, HR, sales, and marketing. Certified SOC 2 Type II and hosted in Europe, the platform delivered over 60% ARR growth between 2024 and 2025 while serving large enterprise and public-sector customers including Veolia and Colas.

The acquisition strengthens EasyVista’s AI strategy by integrating advanced agentic AI capabilities into its IT platform, creating a more intelligent and automated service management offering for enterprise customers.
