IPTP advised Olfeo, a French cybersecurity software provider specializing in Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions, in its sale to Ekinops (Euronext Paris: EKI), a leading provider of telecommunications solutions for operators and enterprises.

Olfeo delivers a sovereign SSE solution, trusted by over 500 customers across the public and private sectors, including critical government entities.

In 2024, the company generated €6.3 million in Annual Recurring Revenue with an EBITDA margin above 20%.

This acquisition positions Ekinops as a key European player in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), combining its own SD-WAN offer with Olfeo’s capabilities to address growing demand for secure, agile connectivity.
