IPTP advised Performance Vision in its sale to Accedian. Founded in 2004, Performance Vision focuses on Application and Network Performance Management (APM/NPM). Accedian, a Canadian-based global expert in network performance analysis, is thus looking to strengthen its portfolio of performance guarantees already used by most of the world’s major communication service providers. Performance Vision’s technology brings advanced digital experience monitoring capabilities to Accedian’s existing customer base and complements the SkyLight data analysis offering. For its part, the French company will be able to expand its presence in new key Accedian segments (banking, insurance, healthcare, industry and the cloud).
