Advised by IPTP, the W4 software publisher specialising in workflow and business process management software has been acquired by ITESOFT, a publisher of Business Process Management (BPM) software and a specialist in the dematerialization of incoming documents. With this acquisition, ITESOFT is looking to improve the quality of its offer, particularly the upstream modelling of dematerialisation tasks.
In 2017, ITESOFT | W4 entered Gartner’s iBMPS Magic Quadrant, which is dedicated to the project of ITESOFT’s acquisition of W4 two years earlier.
