IPTP advised UshareSoft in its sale to Fujitsu (TYO: 6702). Created in 2008, the company offers a cloud application management platform for large enterprises by allowing them to build, migrate, launch or manage any application for any Cloud or datacenter (UForge).
The Japanese multinational company, one of the world leaders in the provision of IT services, acquired the platform to improve its cloud application management with the integration of UForge into its offering. Fujitsu has also positioned UShareSoft as its R&D center for cloud computing services in Europe, accelerating the improvement and global expansion of its cloud computing business.
