Field Service Management
IPTP advised Ermeo in its acquisition by Causeway Technologies. Founded in 2016, Ermeo built a team of 30 people based in Paris and provides a Field Service Management (FSM) software. Ermeo enables to connect site and office-based teams while helping businesses to digitise their workflows, and improving data capture and collaboration by integrating with major industrial databases (ERP, CMMS, Historians, etc.).
With the addition of Ermeo, Causeway now benefits from a mobile-first ‘no-code’ solution bringing all data and processes into one place, avoiding repetition, inefficient workarounds and potential data loss. The acquisition also gives Causeway access to a wider market beyond the UK and Ireland, as Ermeo will continue operating in France under the leadership of one of its three founders, Pierre Joly.
