Hubert began his career at Sun Microsystems where he spent 14 years in sales, marketing and international business development.
After Sun, Hubert spent 13 years creating, co-creating or managing eight High-Tech Startups in France and in the United States.
Having lived in Silicon Valley for 10 years, Hubert has developed an American way of working and an excellent understanding of business in the United States. His experience in selling his own companies to large groups such as IBM or Business Objects brings a significant value to IPTP customers.
Frederic joined SUN Microsystems as the 5th employee in France and, over 10 years, occupied Executive functions in Sales, Marketing and International Business. He then joined the exciting world of software start-ups and grew 2 companies from 0 to 40M$ in just 5 years. Based in London for 10 years he has been successively VP International of Kabira where he closed a major contract with Mitsui in Japan and VP EMEA of Good Technology. Having worked for US Companies throughout his carreer, Frederic is highly motivated by sales in complex environments where he can leverage his extensive sales and international skills.
In addition to more than 30 years of business management experience as Vice President EMEA, APAC and Emerging Markets in very large high-tech companies (Sun Microsystems, Microsoft), Denis has been an investor and board member of more than 30 startups to help them grow their business, define their strategies, etc. He has worked in Asia and Eastern Europe for more than 15 years.
Koby brings more than 25 years of knowledge and experience, working in International sales management, marketing and Business Development. In addition to working with the largest IT players (DEC, Sun Microsystems, Oracle and EMC), Koby is currently mentoring various startups in Israel, assisting them in building sales teams and GTM methods as well as investing in seed stages startups.
Flavian joined the team in June 2017 after working at HSBC in M&A between Paris and London. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Paris Dauphine and a Master's degree in Finance from LSE. He lived abroad for 11 years in cities such as London, Hong Kong and Moscow.
Jean-Christophe joined the team in October 2023 after spending three years in M&A at DC Advisory in Paris. Prior to that, Jean-Christophe spent 10 years in London working at Houlihan Lokey and Jefferies in M&A. He holds an engineering degree from ESTP and UCLA, and a master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
Arnaud joined the team in March 2023 with 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the tech industry, as well as management roles at Mirakl and AT Kearney. He holds an engineering degree from Centrale-Supélec and a master's degree in Finance from ESCP-Europe.
Julien joined the team in September 2022 after 5 years as Manager at In Extenso Finance & Transmission, a generalist M&A boutique. Previously, he was a Private Equity analyst at Perceva and an M&A analyst at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. He holds a Master in Finance from EBS Paris and an Advanced Master in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon.
Pierre-Alexandre joined the team in December 2021 after a successful three-year long experience at DC Advisory in London (TMT team) where he focused on B2B software, web hosting and digital marketing mandates. Prior to this, he completed a couple of internships in investment banking (Mediobanca / Messier & Associés), private equity (3i, Momentum Invest) and private debt (LGT Capital Partners). Pierre-Alexandre graduated in finance from the University Paris II Pantheon-Assas (Magistere Banque Finance).
Guillaume joined the IPTP team in September 2022 after three years in M&A at HSBC in Paris. He previously worked in M&A at BNP Paribas in Paris and CACIB in New-York. Guillaume is a graduate of the ESCP Business School’s Grande Ecole program and has a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
Maissane joined the team in July 2021 after multiple internships in Management Consulting. She graduated from ESSEC Business School MSc in Finance. Throughout her studies, Maissane lived in Germany, the United States, Singapore and Brazil. She previously grew up in the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Ambroise joined the team in November 2021 after multiple experiences in Financial advisory services. Prior to joining IPTP he worked as an M&A Analyst in the Aerospace & Defense industry. He holds a Master degree in Corporate Finance from SKEMA Business School. He lived abroad for 7 years in countries such as Jordan, England, Spain and Brazil.
