iPaaS Cloud Platform
IPTP advised RunMyProcess in its sale to Fujitsu (TYO: 6702). Founded in 2007, RunMyProcess has designed an iPaaS cloud platform that articulates the highly structured world of enterprise ERPs to the Cloud, collaborative systems and SaaS (Google Apps, Salesforce, Office 365…). It thus enables different isolated applications to be linked together to avoid operational problems. The company was recognized before its sale as a “Cool Vendor” by Gartner. With this acquisition, the Japanese mutinational Fujitsu, one of the world leaders in the provision of IT services, can complement its existing solutions and offer its customers a fast and flexible solution for building collaborative systems.
